Summer Internships

Shan Foods offers internship opportunities during the summer to college students that are currently enrolled in an undergraduate, graduate or post graduate level degree program.

Our internship program is designed to recruit and hire top quality interns to feed the talent pipeline for Shan foods.  These opportunities are available at our Head office in Karachi.

We focus on identifying high-quality, challenging internships and recruiting the very best candidates to fill these positions.  This will allow us to fully evaluate students and identify any suitable entry-level positions available within the business.

Recruitment begins in May for the summer program. Positions will be posted via our website or through university’s placement departments on an ongoing basis.

Student Qualifications

• Students from various backgrounds can apply in our internships program. Students may apply for internships in one of the many functions listed ahead.
• Program Guidelines

• Our internship program runs for 6 – 8 weeks from May through August.
• All interns are paid a stipend for the traveling and other expenses during their internships. Students do not need to receive academic credit from their university.
• Qualified candidates must meet the criteria set above.

Recruitment Process

Internship requirements will be posted beginning May on our website and student may also contact their university’s placements departments for details before summers.

Management Trainees

SHAN FOOD’s MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAM aims to develop graduates into future business leaders. This program provides an ideal platform for aspiring young talent.

Joining SHAN FOODS Management Trainee Program, fresh graduates will enjoy 6 Months of intensive training package, designed to build general skills, professional knowledge and leadership skills essential for a future leader.

In addition, you will also be exposed with project assignments as well as cross-functional rotations.
