CUSTARD POWDER

YOU WILL NEED  

Milk

2½ Cups (500ml)

Sugar

4-5 tablespoons (50g)

Delve Custard Powder

2 tablespoons heaped (25g)


PREPARATION METHOD

(Serve 3-4 persons)

1) Take half cup (100ml) milk in a bowl and add 2 tablespoons heaped of Delve Custard Powder and mix to make a smooth paste.

2) Add 4-5 tablespoons of sugar in the remaining 2 cups of milk (400ml) and boil it in a sauce pan

3) Pour the custard paste in boiling milk and cook for another 2-3 minutes with continuous stirring.

4) Pour the hot custard in a serving bowl and allow it to cool for 15 minutes at room temperature.

5) Refrigerate the bowl for at least 1 hour and serve chilled for the Delve experience!

JELLY CRYSTALS

YOU WILL NEED  

Water

2 Cups (400ml)

Delve Jelly Crystals

1 Packet (80g)


PREPARATION METHOD

(Serve 3-4 persons)

1) Boil 2 cups (400) of water in a saucepan and pour all the content of Delve Jelly Crystals. Stir continuously till jelly crystals are dissolved.

2) Pour the hot mixture into a mould and allow it to cool for 15 minutes at room temperature.

3) Refrigerate the jelly mould for at least 1 hour.

4) Use a knife to loosen the edges of jelly mould and invert it over a serving dish. Serve chilled for the Delve experience!

 

PUDDING MIX

YOU WILL NEED  

Water

2½ Cups (500ml)

Delve Pudding Mix

1 Packet (65g Pudding Powder and 15g Caramel topping

PREPARATION METHOD
(Serve 3-4 persons)

1) Take half cup (100ml) of milk in a bowl and pour all the content of Delve Pudding Mix. Stir continuously till pudding mix is dissolved.

2) Boil 2 cups (400ml) of milk in a saucepan and add the dissolved pudding mix in it. Keep boiling on low flame 5 minutes with continuous stirring.

3) Spread caramel topping in a mould and pour hot pudding in it. Allow it to cool for 15 minutes at room temperature.

4) Refrigerate the pudding mould for at least 1 hour.

5) Use a knife to loosen the edges of pudding mould and invert it over a serving dish. Serve chilled for the Delve experience!
